Anya Thai Massage, run by Anya Voakes in Maidenhead, is responsible for personal information sent through this website. Questions can be sent to contact@anyathaimassage.com.
Information collected
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and general message. Please do not include detailed health information in this form. Technical security information may also be processed briefly to prevent spam and misuse.
How it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested gift voucher or provide relevant customer service. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service and Anya’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.
Bookings and payment
Appointments and advance payments are handled by SumUp. When you follow the booking link, SumUp processes your information under its own privacy terms. Anya Thai Massage does not receive or store your full payment-card details through this website.
Sharing and sale
Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate enquiries or booking, where appropriate safeguards apply, or where required by law.
Retention
General enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply and manage any resulting customer relationship, then deleted when no longer required. Records needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes may be retained for the relevant period.
